Association was founded in 1991 and registered in 1992. 21 enterprises and different institutes became its permanent members (shareholders). Shareholders are 19 juridical persons from Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan by now. In 2003 the Association Board of Directors made a statute of associated members in the connection with change of titanium market composition. From this time, in addition to permanent members (shareholders), associated members appeared. At present time, general number of Association members is 53.
