The process of sintering of rapidly solidified powders from titanium alloy VT1-0 in the initial and hydrogenated state was investigated. It was established that the alloying of titanium powders by hydrogen allows activate the diffusion processes during sintering. This leads to the increasing of the sintered contacts width and the shrinkage of the sintered samples. The possibility of the optimizing of the technology of porous titanium materials from rapidly solidified powders by reducing the sintering temperature and time due to hydrogen alloying was shown. Keywords: porous materials rapidly solidified titanium powders, thermohydrogen. V.Travin , L.Ivanova , I.Kozlova , V.Vodopjanov. Resistance of titanium alloys to static and low-cycle loadings in concentration zones. Questions of static and low-cycle strength of high-strength welded pseudo-alpha titanium alloys marks of 5Â and 37 are considered. Defects and destructions of power equipment details arise mainly in zones of stress concentration. Effective resistance of materials to static and repeatedly-static loadings in these zones is possible at the combination high strength and plastic properties. It is established that strength of a design in stress concentration zone at elastic-plastic condition should be estimated by two parameters: stress and deformations. On results of low-cycle tests it is shown, that the investigated titanium alloys in stress concentration zone at the high temperatures possess sufficient low-cycle strength. Keywords: high-strength welded titanium alloys, static and low-cycle loading, stress concentration zones, power equipment, low-cycle strength. SEMI-PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES. Yu.Loginov, A.Ershov, V.Kotov. System " DEFORM " testing in a mode of calculation of strains at extrusion of the titan in 2d - and 3d-statements. Decisions of stress-strain condition of extrusion in system DEFORM are carried out. Decisions have shown prevalence radial deformation components in comparison with tangential component in peripheral layers of article at small deformations that should lead to development of a radial texture. By comparison of results of calculation of the stress-strain condition by two methods DEFORM-2D and DEFORM-3D distribution of deformations appears various with different degree of deviations. Surface engineering of titanium alloys by thermal diffusion saturation in controlled gas media. The principles of surface engineering of titanium alloys during thermal diffusion saturation from controlled gas atmospheres are stated. The physicochemical and technological approaches to the formation of coatings based on binary and ternary interstitial compounds of the regulated phase-structural state with an appropriate level of functional properties are systematized. The obtained coatings were analyzed in the terms of functional fitness. The mechanical behavior of support plates for the correction of funnel chest deformation of steel and titanium-based and nickel-titanium alloys in conditions close to operational was investigated. The finite element method applied to calculate the stress-strain state of support plate - sternocostal complex. Calculations showed that the use of titanium and TiNi plates reduces the overload of tissues sternum in contact with the implant.
